・Materials & Color Transfer: Due to material characteristics, prolonged contact with dark-colored outfits or accessories may cause color transfer (staining) to the doll body. This can also occur during long-term storage in the unopened package due to a sealed environment or temperature fluctuations. Furthermore, if parts of the product (plastic body, outfit, decorative parts, synthetic leather, etc.) contain resin materials like polyurethane, chemical changes (yellowing, discoloration, fading) or deterioration (cracking, stickiness) may occur over time regardless of use (including unopened storage). This is a characteristic of the material and not a product defect. Please be aware in advance.
・Handling: Outfits and individual parts are crafted with extremely delicate details. Applying excessive force or strong friction may cause damage or paint peeling, so please handle with care. Avoid storing in high temperatures, high humidity, or areas with significant moisture, as well as direct sunlight, as this may cause discoloration, deformation, hydrolysis of materials (stickiness/embrittlement), and odor absorption or mold growth. Deterioration or alteration resulting from these storage environments or long-term unopened storage does not constitute a product defect. (Even for long-term storage, we recommend periodic maintenance, such as removing the doll from the package to expose it to fresh air.)
・Safety: Contains small parts. Risk of accidental swallowing or choking; never give this product to children under 15 years old.
・Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon receiving the product, please inspect the contents as soon as possible. Please note that discoloration, color transfer, or age-related deterioration found upon opening unopened items after a long period since manufacturing cannot be handled as initial defects (product defects) for exchanges or returns.
