Notice Regarding Shipments to the United States

Thank you very much for your continued support of GROOVE STORE JAPAN.

Please note that customs regulations differ from country to country, and each shipment is processed in accordance with the importing country’s rules. At this time, there has been a regulatory update in the United States.

Due to these changes, Japan Post has announced that it will temporarily suspend acceptance of parcels bound for the U.S. starting August 27, 2025.  
Accordingly, we will also temporarily suspend accepting new orders for shipments to the United States from August 26, 2025, until Japan Post resumes their service.

Under the updated U.S. regulations, shipments to the United States will now be processed in accordance with the revised customs rules, which may include the collection of duties and taxes from the recipient.
