To provide a more flexible and seamless shipping service to our customers residing in Mainland China and Hong Kong, we have newly launched a direct shipping service from our "Hong Kong Warehouse," in addition to our conventional main warehouse in Japan.
*The target regions for direct shipping from the Hong Kong warehouse are currently limited to "Mainland China" and "Hong Kong."
1. Two Hubs and Inventory Management
Our shop optimally combines inventory from the following two locations to deliver your orders.
- Hong Kong Warehouse: The fulfillment center for Mainland China and Hong Kong. It stores a carefully selected range of popular items. This hub is designed to deliver products to customers in the Asian region more quickly and at lower shipping rates.
- Japan Warehouse: Our primary fulfillment center. It stores all products, including doll bodies, outfits, and limited-edition items.
*Items stocked in the Hong Kong warehouse are always backed up by inventory in the main Japan warehouse. However, please note that if an item is shipped from the Japan warehouse, international shipping rates from Japan will apply (which are higher than shipping from Hong Kong). Thank you for your understanding.
2. Shipping Routes, Shipping Fees, and Customs Rules
The shipping origin and applicable shipping rules are automatically determined based on the combination of items in your cart.

Target items are those with 【香港仓现货】 in the product name, those with an item number ending in "HK" (e.g., P-322HK), or those displaying the "Hong Kong Warehouse Direct Shipping" banner shown below on the product detail page.

A. Yes. The final and exact shipping fee will be displayed on the order confirmation screen (checkout screen) after you enter your address. Please be sure to review it before completing your payment.
Q. What happens if an item is out of stock at the Hong Kong warehouse?
A. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email. We will then proceed according to your preference, such as "switching to shipping from Japan (with Japan shipping fees)" or "canceling the order."
Q. How much do the shipping fees and total costs differ?
A. It depends on the region and weight, but since the shipping distance is significantly shorter compared to shipping from Japan (EMS shipping fees start from 2,800 JPY~), shipping from Hong Kong starts from just 1,300 JPY~, allowing you to save on international shipping costs. *For shipments to Mainland China, separate customs duties and taxes equivalent to approximately 13% of the product price will apply.
Q. Is identification (ID) information required for shipping to Mainland China?
A. Yes. Under customs regulations for personal effects clearance in Mainland China, verification of the "Resident Identity Card Number (居民身份证号码)" is strictly required by law. Without this information, customs clearance will not be permitted. To ensure smooth customs clearance, please make sure that the recipient's name entered at the time of order matches the full legal name on the identity document. Furthermore, if the shipping company (such as SF Express) contacts you for verification, please respond promptly according to their instructions.
*The personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of customs clearance with local authorities. It will be strictly encrypted and securely managed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Q. Do customs duties apply when shipping to an address in Hong Kong?
A. No, if the delivery address is within Hong Kong, the shipment is duty-free (0 JPY customs duty). You will receive your delivery solely upon payment of the "product price + shipping fee" settled at the shop.
Q. Are customs duties incurred upon receipt of the product? If so, how much do I need to pay?
A. Based on local customs laws regarding the importation of personal effects, only for deliveries to Mainland China, customs duties and taxes equivalent to "approx. 13%" of the product price (excluding shipping fees) will be incurred upon receipt of the package. These duties are not included in the shop's payment amount and must be paid directly to the local shipping company (or customs office) upon arrival of the goods. Please understand this as a legal obligation and prepare in advance.
Q. Can I use a forwarding warehouse (forwarding service) in Hong Kong to send the goods to another country, such as Thailand?
A. Yes, it is possible to ship to a forwarding warehouse within Hong Kong arranged by yourself. However, our shop's scope of responsibility ends with the "successful delivery to the specified warehouse in Hong Kong." Our shop cannot assume any responsibility (complete exemption from liability) for subsequent international transport issues, loss, customs duties incurred in the destination country (such as Thailand), or local customs procedures. Please use such services at your own risk and discretion.
Q. What should I do if I want to receive Hong Kong items and Japan items separately (to optimize shipping fees)?
A. In this case, you will need to "split your payment into two separate transactions."
- Complete checkout containing only Hong Kong stock items.
- Complete checkout for the remaining items separately.
*Shipping fees and customs duties will apply to each order individually. Since a single consolidated order may be more economical in some cases, we recommend comparing the total costs on the checkout page.
Q. What is the policy for returns and exchanges if there is an issue with the delivered product?
A. All returns must be sent exclusively to the "Japan Warehouse (Japan)." We do not accept any returns at the Hong Kong warehouse under any circumstances. Please note that international shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to customer preference (change of mind, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.
